MAISON CARAT is an online retailer of jewelry and accessories. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Shipping, where applicable, is confirmed by the MAISON CARAT team before your order is dispatched.
4. Payment
MAISON CARAT accepts two payment methods: Pay on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Credit card details are never collected, transmitted or stored by this website.
5. Order confirmation
Placing an order on the website does not constitute acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to confirmation by the MAISON CARAT team, who may contact you before dispatch.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAISON CARAT disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any product purchased through it.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
